ATT Series Attenuators

The ATT10, ATT20 and ATT1000 are BNC to BNC voltage attenuators, designed for connection between the BNC output of an external sensor and the BNC input of a voltage limited measurement device.

With wide bandwidth fixed attenuation, the ATT series provide the means to use external sensor devices such as high voltage oscilloscope probes, which may have a maximum output voltage that exceeds the 3Vpk range of PPA series external inputs.
